Craig Andrews

Craig Andrews
Principal

Co-Founded TANA in 1978

Craig co-founded TANA as a representative firm dealing with mass merchants, key retailers, and distributors. Significant customers for the next 30 years included regional mass merchants and national accounts such as Walmart Stores and Target.

In 1998 Craig was asked by Amazon.com to introduce consumer electronics vendors to Amazon.com to coincide with their new initiative outside of books. Craig has stayed the course with Amazon.com ever since and has been representing vendors exclusively in this industry-changing account since 2011.

FUN FACT: Craig is one of the most uncoordinated persons on the planet. (You wouldn’t know it by looking at him!)

Becky Lerdal Huff

Chief Operating Officer

With TANA since 2013

As a former Senior Buyer with Target in their School and Home Office category, Becky is no stranger to the online sales process.  At TANA, however, she uses her 10 years experience of owning and running her own companies to manage the “non-sales” part of the company including Financial, Accounting, Legal, HR and Operational Process Improvement.

FUN FACT: Becky loves dolphins and believes we all can learn from them – specifically the way they work as a group to accomplish tasks and then celebrate success with pure joy.  (Sounds like a great life lesson for us all.)

Kris Farmer

Kris Farmer
Senior Account Manager

Started with TANA in 1999

Kris began her role at TANA working as an account manager where she assisted clients such as Cuisinart with day-to-day actions and focused specifically on product allocation and forecasting.  In 2006, she oversaw Cuisinart’s beta testing of Amazon.com’s recently launched Vendor Central.  Kris’ responsibilities have now evolved to include educating vendors on the operational side of working with Amazon.com.  Using her diverse knowledge of Amazon.com best practices, Kris provides everything necessary for Amazon.com success including PO management, sales data overviews, vendor performance monitoring and creation of promotional vehicles.

Mike Flavin

Mike Flavin

Started with TANA in 2013

In addition to over thirty years of experience in working for corporations like Johnson & Johnson and Nike, Mike also has an extensive background in the character and sports licensing business working with organizations like Walt Disney company, the National Football League, and Major League Baseball.  He uses this experience to help clients develop promotions, negotiate annual programs, manage vendor relations, recommend new items, establish pricing and develop annual business plans and reviews.

FUN FACT:  Mike has attended a Major League Baseball game in every US city that has a major league franchise! (He obviously likes the game quite a bit.)

Helen Doherty

Helen Doherty

As a member of the Licensed Sports team at TANA, Helen guides the vendors she represents through all aspects of doing business with Amazon.com.  Before joining TANA, she spent 10 years as a Vendor Manager at Amazon.com in their Home & Kitchen category.  Helen enjoys walking vendors through Vendor Central for the first time and she continues to navigate them through the complex PO, invoicing and shipping process.  She’s also a pro at managing major seasonal programs, SKUs, inquiries as well as implementing promotional and advertising programs through AMS to further increase sales and brand awareness.

FUN FACT: Helen LOVES going to the movies.  (as if she doesn’t get enough screen time already)

Scotia Brown

Scotia Brown
Senior Account Manager / Sales Manager

With TANA since 2013

Before joining TANA, Scotia spent 6 years at Amazon.com as a vendor manager focusing in the Consumer Electronics category.  She managed hundreds of different vendors and thousands of different ASINs.  Scotia assists vendors with anything and everything related to their working relationship with Amazon.com including managing brands and selling products as efficiently as possible.  The experience and knowledge she gained during her time at Amazon.com make her an invaluable resource.

FUN FACT:  Scotia has twin boys and has participated in an All-Women’s Mini Triathlon.  (Where does she find the energy?)

Nathaniel Binder

Nate Binder
NIS and Catalog Team Lead

Started with TANA in 2011

Nathaniel has an interesting work history having spent time as a Supplier Manager and Procurement at Boeing Defense and Vendor Manager at Amazon.com.  He now leads the Tana team lead for Amazon.com catalog and content subject matter.  He and his team are responsible for vendor new item setup (NIS), catalog, and item data quality; Amazon.com search engine optimization and product visibility on the website; designing and publishing A+ detail page and AMS brand page content.

FUN FACT: Nathaniel (also goes by Nate or Nathan – but NEVER Nat) is a proud history nerd and coffee addict. (The caffeine keeps him awake when he binge watches the History Channel.)

Dan Barella

Dan Barella

Before joining Tana, Dan worked with Amazon on the Vendor side for over 6 years. He uses this past experience to assist TANA vendors with Programs, Pricing Strategy, and Promotions.  The TANA team has tested his diverse knowledge of Amazon.com and Dan has proven to shine in multiple areas.

FUN FACT:  Dan loves gardening. (He also loves to grow sales for his vendors.)

Joan Monicatti

Joan Monicatti
Manager of Business Operations

With TANA since 2013

Having worked as Sales Coordinator for a small business and then in importing for Department 56, Joan understands the inner workings of sales operations.  Her crucial role at TANA includes the management of accounts payable and receivable as well as managing human resources, Quickbooks and payroll.  Joan is knowledgeable in Amazon.com Vendor and Seller Central and creates and refines systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices.

FUN FACT: Joan loves to cook and entertain and has catered several events for friends in the past. (A good planner makes everyone happy.)

Barb Boettcher

Prior to TANA, Barb spent 11 years with Amazon.com in various departments resulting in an extremely diverse knowledge of Amazon.com’s inner-workings. She now uses that vast experience to manage vendor accounts and provide valuable insight to the entire TANA team using forecasting and analytics.

FUN FACT:  Barb enjoys raising, training and competing Field Bred English Springer Spaniels. (She’s been known to get people to jump through hoops as well)

Amy Farmer

Amy manages all content related projects that are sent to the TANA team to ensure that they are working as quickly and efficiently as possible.  The content team handles new item setups (NIS), brand pages, A+ Pages, uploading images/videos, and any other content related issues that may require their expertise.  She strives each day to optimize vendors products’ potential on Amazon.com’s website.

FUN FACT: Amy coaches middle school girls basketball.  (She’s very good at teamwork.)

Kodiac Gamble

Marketing & Analytics Manager

Started with Tana in 2016

Kodiac had a 1.5-year tenure with Amazon.com as an Associate Vendor Manager in the luggage and travel gear department and now oversees performance and optimization of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) brand campaigns and analyzes brand metrics to make recommendations for business growth.

FUN FACT: Being named after a bear was part of a family tradition of sorts. Kodiac’s older brother is named Theodore (Teddy) and they both grew up surrounded by Alaskan Malamute dogs each with their own bear names; Smokey, Polar, Grizzly and Panda. Eventually, Kodiac intends to add a Malamute to his own home and name them Yogi Bear.

Amy is a 3P expert for Tana Sales. She has experience with sports, consumables and musical instruments vendor/seller management, Google AdWord campaigns and account creator/management, Google AdWords certified, and AMS campaigns/vendors/accounts.

She had a 5-year tenure with Amazon in the 3P and FBA spaces (onboarding more than 1000 3p sellers) as an engagement manager and was also with another rep company managing vendors and AMS for 1 year.

FUN FACT: Amy is passionate about fountain pens and ukuleles.

Kelly Hills

Kelly and the TANA content team work extensively in handling vendor new item setups (NIS), catalog updates, Amazon.com SEO and product visibility, uploading images/videos, designing and publishing A+ detail page, and AMS brand page content. Kelly specifically enjoys working with vendors to bring their products to life within Amazon.

Prior to TANA, Kelly worked at a company specializing in creating A+ product detail pages for clients within the Amazon Vendor Central platform.

FUN FACT: Kelly has a deep love for Star Wars. She has a cat named Anakin and a room full of memorabilia which includes a robotic R2D2 fish tank!

Jason Taam

As a former Sr. Instock Manager and Sr. Vendor Manager for Amazon, Jason has been working with online sales for the past 9 years and has brought his experience to Tana to help support our account management team along with AMS marketing services. Jason spent 4 years with Amazon as an Operations Manager for the Seattle Fulfillment Center, 3 years as a Sr. Instock Manager (Amazon Fresh), & one year as a Sr. Vendor Manager (Amazon.ca – L&G).

FUN FACT: In Jason’s free time he likes to Ski, Golf, and play Baseball.

Paula spent 5 ½ years as an Engagement Manager at Amazon onboarding 3P sellers.

FUN FACT: Paula has a musical background. She learned piano as a young girl, and she sang and played trumpet all throughout high school in choir and band.

Taylor helps Tana Sales brands drive revenue on Amazon through increased visibility, accurate and meaningful brand representation, and by utilizing available resources to drive traffic and conversion to sales. Prior to joining Tana, Taylor served as a full-service consultant to 1P Amazon vendors, where he managed everything from new item setup to creating and implementing yearly promotional plans. Of the dozens of brands Taylor has represented on Amazon, multiple surpassed $1M in sales their first year through strategic launch and marketing. He takes pride in his ability to curate Amazon programs in a way that maximizes the potential for Tana brands and uses his holistic Amazon knowledge to ensure vendors are optimized in all segments of their business.

FUN FACT: Taylor has won every single half marathon he has run. Which is exactly one.

Daljeet Bryan

As a Content Specialist with Tana Sales, Daljeet enjoys every opportunity to extensively be involved in crafting A+ detail pages, handling vendor’s new item setup, creating brand visibility and achieving higher ad rank harnessing powers of SEO/SEM, making catalog updates, uploading videos, rich media assets on Amazon.com. The power of algorithms excites and amaze her – a person’s one single purchasing decision data captured; introduces a whole slew of related products/goods/services.

Advertising and marketing have been an integral part of Daljeet life. She has spent 16 years in over three continents working in offline media world, gradually carving her way into online advertising, working with an agency managing localized global content, SEO/SEM, A+ details pages portfolios for clients on Amazon (US/CA/EU) Walmart.com, Walgreens, etc. Daljeet is also Google Ads Fundamental Certified, Google Analytics Certified, and Google Ads Mobile Certified.

FUN FACT: Daljeet loves to inspire others to save money and live a simple sustainable life aka a Life-Hacker. She is extremely passionate about living simply and happily with her family and friends. She is a wife, mother, aromatherapist, soap maker and lover of all things DIY.

Lindsey Kehrer

Lindsey works on the Tana advertising team as an expert in finding targeted customers with attracting, engaging, and brand relationship building advertisements. Her primary goal is to help drive revenue for Tana vendors by increasing their visibility on Amazon.com through profitable marketing strategies.

No stranger to the Amazon platform, Lindsey served as a full-time 1P Amazon Vendor Representative prior to joining Tana. She has a background in managing brands within the Home & Kitchen category, with an emphasis on small appliances, accessories, and specialty niche items.

FUN FACT: If Lindsey had to eat one food for the rest of her life, she’d choose sweet potatoes.

Joe Kooner

Joe has over 3 years of extensive marketing experience, delivering 10x returns in the past for many of his employers. As a former accountant turned marketer, he has a keen eye for analytics and trends. He made his shift from Finance to Marketing as he enjoys the creative process behind advertising and being able to make an impact on the bottom line through his complex and highly effective marketing funnels.

Joe currently oversees and manage our platinum vendors on Amazon Marketing (formerly known as AMS). His responsibilities include performance and optimization of brand campaigns and analyze brand metrics to report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

FUN FACT: Joe loves soccer. His favorite team is AC Milan and he spent a full month in Brazil for the FIFA World Cup in 2014!
